Job Description
Tasks
- Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs
- Analyze current scientific nutritional studies to improve nutritional programs
- Determine the nutritional treatment plan
- Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance and preparation of food
- Guide a client who wants to improve their athletic performance
- Monitor the nutritional status of individuals who follow a predetermined nutritional treatment plan
- Provide a complete nutritional assessment
- Plan, evaluate and conduct nutrition education programs and develop educational materials for various audiences
- Aid in the prevention of inadequate nutrition
